Blackmores Half Marathon

Yes, I’m doing it again – Sydney Half Marathon (21.0975km). This time I will be running it in September, whilst last year’s was in May. What does it mean? It means that there is only 9 weeks to go and I have to start my training program ASAP! Here is what I’m doing this week:

Wednesday, 17 July 2013 8km easy run
Thursday, 18 July 2013 6km easy run
Friday, 19 July 2013 6 x 300m Hill Sprints with job back recovery
Saturday, 20 July 2013 6 km easy run
Sunday, 21 July 2013 16 km easy run
