Blackmores Half Marathon: 8 weeks to go

It has been a long week of training but I’m very pleased with the result. I managed to stick to the schedule and complete all the runs. Here is the training schedule for this week:

Week 8 This weeks training
Monday, 22 July 2013 Rest Day
Tuesday, 23 July 2013 Swim or Yoga
Wednesday, 24 July 2013 10km easy run
Thursday, 25 July 2013 6km easy run
Friday, 26 July 2013 3 x 800m with 2:30 min walk recovery 
Saturday, 27 July 2013 6 km easy run
Sunday, 28 July 2013 16 km easy run 

Today is a well-deserved rest day! 🙂 x
