Blackmores Half Marathon: 7 weeks to go

Last week wasn’t the best week to train for me as I got sick and couldn’t complete the runs on the weekend. So this week I decided to repeat last week’s training schedule.

Week 7 This weeks training
Monday, 29 July 2013 Rest Day
Tuesday, 30 July 2013 Swim or Yoga
Wednesday, 31 July 2013 10km easy run
Thursday, 1 August 2013 6km easy run
Friday, 2 August 2013 3 x 800m with 2:30 min walk recovery 
Saturday, 3 August 2013 6 km easy run
Sunday, 4 August 2013 16 km easy run
