Monday, 5 August 2013 Rest Day
Tuesday, 6 August 2013 Swim or Yoga
Wednesday, 7 August 2013 10km easy run
Thursday, 8 August 2013 7km easy run
Friday, 9 August 2013 6 x 300m Hill Sprints with job back recovery 
Saturday, 10 August 2013 8 km easy run
Sunday, 11 August 2013 16 km easy run
