My Gym Workout

I like to make my trip to the gym worth every minute. As any busy girl, my time is limited to about an hour a day and I try to utilise it efficiently. Apart from going to yoga or spin classes, I find myself sticking to this easy routine.

The interval training like this work all the muscle groups: legs, abs, butt and arms. It burns fat and builds muscle and is great for cardio work and metabolism.
