Banana Bread

It’s been a very busy week for me. Last night, I managed to find some time to bake this delicious banana bread. Here is how I made it:

What you need:
2 cups buckwheat flour
1/2 cup almond meal
1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
4 overripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1/3 cup pure maple syrup or honey
1/2 cup milk of choice
2 tsp vanilla essence

Method:
Preheat oven to 170C. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until just combined. Pour into greased and lined tin and bake for approximately 50min until skewer comes out clean. Stand in tin for 10min before turning out. Enjoy!
