In the past three to four years I’ve become more interested in nutrition. However, the availability and amount of information can be overwhelming so it is important to filter through it to suit my personal needs. I love fruits and vegetables, and hence I wanted to better understand the benefits of food I regularly eat. I also wanted to know the importance of a balanced diet and how it enriches my body with esstential vitamins. While sourcing the informaiton from my favourite Women’s Fitness Magazine, I came up with this summary of essential vitamins and where to find them the natural way.
