I like to make my trip to the gym worth every minute. As any busy girl, my time is limited to about an hour a day and I try to utilise it efficiently. Apart from going to yoga or spin classes, I find myself sticking to this easy routine.
The interval training like this work all the muscle groups: legs, abs, butt and arms. It burns fat and builds muscle and is great for cardio work and metabolism.
The title already suggests that it isn’t going to be a lady-like post… but if you are a lady and into cycling, there is no way you can cycle on your own without knowing how to change a flat tire. It is hard to believe but I have never had a bike (except for a tricycle which I wasn’t even aloud to ride outside). Here I am, and at the age of almost 30, I finally bought a road bike and the gear that comes with it. This was all with a view to cycle on weekends and hence, to get fit.
